CAA RADIO OPS / WEATHER OBSERVER

Our client is seeking a CAA Radio Ops / Weather Observer for one offshore trip commencing on 2nd September 2026 for 3 weeks. Please note that FPSO experience is essential and offshore certification to be in date.

Responsibilities:

Gather and submit weather forecasts prior to helicopter operation

Maintain radio watch for helicopter flights

Communicate with helicopter pilots and pass across all relevant weather and vessel motion data

Ensure HLO communications with helicopter pilots

Communicate with vessels in field in advance and following helicopter flights

Key certificates:

CAA radio operator licence

GMDSS radio operator licence

Meteorological observers training
